The heart of Angie’s List is the reviews that our members leave on the pros they’ve hired. Those home improvement stories and grades determine a company’s rating on Angie’s List. Angie’s List has always been a community of consumers sharing feedback. That makes the Super Service Award particularly special because it’s the consumers saying who is the best of the best.
This month, we’re proud to announce our 21st class of Super Service Award winners. The winners are selected based on the average of their grades, in 2019 and overall. We also ask each recipient to become Angie’s List certified and attest to our licensing requirements. Looking through the list of recipients, it’s fun to see all the repeat winners. About one in six recipients have earned the SSA five times or more, and an even more elite group have won it 10 times or more!
We have come a long way from the early SSA’s when the certificates were handwritten. Thankfully, we did not keep up that tradition since I’ve never had great handwriting.
Pros who have earned the SSA can mark this distinction with a special icon on their profiles and in their advertising. When you look at the back of the magazine or check Angie’s List online, be sure to look for the 2019 SSA winners.
